By using TrendForge (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
The service
A tool that ranks games by content opportunity, combining public Steam, YouTube and Google Trends signals into a score (opportunity = a weighted blend of Demand, Supply and Timing, then calibrated). All output is produced by an algorithm from public data and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is for entertainment and light content-planning use — it is not investment, financial, career, or business advice of any kind.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or resell the service or its data as a competing product.
- Don't use it for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
- Respect rate limits and the free-tier daily quota.
Subscriptions & payments
Creator Pro plans are billed through Creem (our Merchant of Record) in USD. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or via Creem. Refunds are handled at our discretion — email us.
Intellectual property
The service (brand, code, design, and the compiled rankings) remains ours. Game titles, marks, and data belong to their respective owners; TrendForge is not affiliated with Valve, Google, or YouTube.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.
Changes
We may update these terms or pricing. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
