Privacy Policy

TrendForge (“we”, “the service”) ranks games by opportunity — which titles are trending up on Steam while still under-covered on YouTube. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

What you give us

• Account details (if you sign up): your email address and a one-way hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Subscription status (if you upgrade): handled by our payment partner Creem; we only store whether your Creator Pro plan is active.
• Tool inputs (free tools such as the title or tag generators): anything you type is used only to compute your result on the spot. It is not stored in a profile or sent to an AI provider.

Where the rankings come from

The opportunity scores are recomputed daily from public signals: the YouTube Data API, Steam, and Google Trends. None of this is tied to your identity.

Who processes your data

• Creem — our Merchant of Record for payments; it collects and stores your card and billing data. We do not see your full card details.
• Google / YouTube / Valve (Steam) / Google Trends — public data sources we query to build the rankings.

We use Umami — self-hosted, privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics — to count page views and aggregate traffic sources. It stores no cookies and does not track you across other sites. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies

Logged-in users get a single session cookie so you stay signed in. That is the only cookie we set ourselves.

Retention & your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your data.
